Found this super-cool acrostic for a framework that can (almost) immediately help leaders create positive and lasting change.

PLAN AHEAD

P: Predetermine the change that is needed.

L: Lay out your steps.

A: Adjust your priorities.

N: Notify key people.

 

A: Allow time for acceptance.

H: Head into action.

E: Expect problems.

A: Always point to the successes.

D: Daily review your progress.

I was tempted to elaborate on these points but they’re self-explanatory. If you’re in doubt or get stuck, simply re-read the points. They’re logically organized and will resonate with that “thinking” part of your brain.

Still continuing my study on John Maxwell’s Developing the Leader Within You 2.0. And as expected it continues to amaze me. Just wondering how would it impact my mastermind course on the subject.

I’ve got a good feeling about this.
