A different world

A different world cannot be built by indifferent people.

Peter Marshall

There’s no better way to define a transformation leader — they’re not indifferent. They feel things that others don’t feel. And their passion, energy, and tenacity fires everyone around them to rise up and stand up for a cause.

Think of Marcus Aurelius, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, MLK Jr., Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and many others who have roused nations to stand up for a cause that was bigger than them. They led transformations at a massive scale but they all had humble beginnings.

The point is that you don’t have to be one of them or have their DNAs to become a transformation leader yourself. Just have faith in your cause and lead with the right intention. That’s enough to start, and then get noticed, gain momentum, gather fellow indifferent people, and create a revolution.

That’s how you create a different world — for yourself and the generations to come. And it all starts with you deciding to not be indifferent.
