This is a personal blog.
Yeah, a professional one too, but the “person” (eh, me!) comes first.
No one sponsors it. There are no ads (never have been) or affiliate links.
There aren’t any guest posts either. I write every word that you’re going to read on this site. So, what you read here is artisanal, unadulterated, raw, free-range, gluten-free, and certified organic.
I think of this blog as a public journal for myself and people who care enough to change them (or their) world and themselves. Each post is handcrafted with love and sent out unfiltered, meaning there isn’t a review or editorial process or post-facto revisions.
Therefore, I can pretty much guarantee that you might find a typo or grammatical error or a literary snafu that would make you cringe. Glaze over it. Stay focused on the big picture.
As a writer, I know the importance of having a review process. And outsourcing it to someone at Fivver.com doesn’t make any sense. Just like it doesn’t make any sense for someone else to have a conversation with you on my behalf. It’s a pleasure and privilege to be having a conversation with you, after all.
So, I would continue to write. Irrespective of my schedule, the stage in life, and regardless of anyone reading this blog. Sure, it’s fun if people are reading it, but if not, that’s okay too.
And in case you are reading this, I want to thank you for being part of my journey as a human being.
